Hand Cream AMABILIS| Organic hand & nail treatment

Apply a hazelnut-sized amount to dry hands and cuticles regularly after washing your hands and massage in. The cream absorbs very quickly.

As a supplement, you can exfoliate your hands with EXFOLIANT Exfoliator once a week before applying the hand cream. This enhances the velvety effect.

For use as a mask, it is recommended to apply the cream to the hands and nails as thick as a knife back. Then put on cotton gloves so that the cream can slowly soak in. This ritual is particularly suitable at night. Gently massage any cream residue into your hands.

For a little anti-stress ritual, first massage the central acupressure point in the middle of the palm of your left hand with the thumb of your right hand for two to three minutes. Then repeat in reverse on the right hand.

In the case of shoulder tension, the stimulation of another reflex point in the palm of the hand can provide rapid relaxation: It is located about one finger width in the middle directly below the little finger and the ring finger. Massage clockwise for one minute with the thumb of the other hand, then switch sides.
